Grittrix Circle collects only the information needed to review waitlist applications, manage referral attribution, and communicate with applicants.

Data We Collect

We collect your name, selected Circle country, institution, course or area of study, year of study, email, phone, motivation answers, entrepreneurship interests, skills, commitment answer, referral code, and submission timestamp.

How We Use It

We use applicant data to review waitlist submissions, understand community fit, prevent duplicate applications, attribute referrals, and contact applicants about the Circle.

What We Do Not Collect

The waitlist does not collect payment information, bank details, cards, account numbers, government IDs, or investment preferences.

Security

Applicant data is stored in Supabase with database constraints, Row Level Security, admin authentication, and audit logging for status changes.
